Management agency Star Empire announced Tuesday that Hyungsik from boy group ZE:A is set to hold his first solo fan meeting in Tokyo on Oct. 12.

“After we announced Park’s upcoming fan meeting, inquiries from local fans have been surging,” said an official from his agency.

Park debuted as a member of ZE:A with the group’s EP “Navitiy” in 2010. He suddenly rose to stardom after featuring in the first season of MBC’s military reality show “Real Man” in 2014, with the nickname “baby soldier.”

The 25-year-old also took part in a slew of TV dramas including, “Nine: Nine Time Travels,” “The Heirs,” “High Society” and “What Happens to My Family?” Many overseas fan clubs were created after the dramas were aired in Asian countries.

“It doesn’t still feel real about the fact that I am about to attend my first solo fan meeting. As it’s my first, I will do my best to make special memories for my fans,” said Park. He has been preparing diverse programs for the event.

Meanwhile, Park is set to make a guest appearance in the first episode of tvN’s outdoor cooking program, “Three Meals a Day -- Fishing village2” on Friday.
