Rapper KittiB, winner of the semifinals in Mnet‘s female rap competition program “Unpretty Rapstar,” recently signed a contract with Brand New Music, one of the top hip-hop labels in Korea.

Rhymer, the chief of the agency, was close with KittiB before her appearance on the show, highly regarding KittiB’s talents as a rapper. It is believed he wanted to assist the singer after seeing her struggle to keep her spot in the program, while not belonging to any agency.

“KittiB has infinite potential in that she has various talents not only in rapping, but also as a singer-songwriter. We are slated to actively support her so that the artist can pursue her own musical field,” said Rhymer.

The rapper will officially kick off her career under Brand New Music by taking part in the agency‘s year-end concert.
