Chinese fans of singer-actor Park Yoo-chun are rallying together online to save the K-pop star’s reputation that has recently been mired by sexual assault allegations.

On social media, fans have posted pictures of placards with photos of Park and messages to cheer him on, which include hashtags like #StandByYou_ParkYuchun and its Chinese equivalent.

Some messages encouraged Park to “keep the faith,” saying those who have stopped supporting him were not real fans in the first place.

There have been four charges of sexual assault brought against Park. Although the first charge was later dropped, police investigation is ongoing.
