Actor Kim Woo-bin appeared as an audacious top star, Shin Joon-young, in the first episode of “Uncontrollably Fond,” which was broadcasted on Wednesday.

Shin was in the middle of a marriage scene when he was suddenly shot.

Even though he had to act out his death, there was an absurd moment where here suddenly declared, “I will not die.”

“I am going to die. It is not Hollywood, why would I be shot. Change the script!” he exclaimed as he left the scene.

Shin‘s strange reaction is a result of his self-defending mindset, which he developed after he was diagnosed with an incurable disease at a hospital the day before.

He appealed to his doctor, “an incurable disease? It could be a misdiagnosis, I am perfectly fine.”

Then he cried, “what if I say that I won‘t die. You doctors do whatever you want, how would you know when I will die!”

“Uncontrollably Fond” is a melodrama about a couple who were once ill-fated friends and reunite as adults only to fall in love.
