Actor Kwak Dong-yeon said in an interview with a local newspaper that he and Jinyoung of B1A4 predicted the sharp viewership rise of TV series “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds,”

“When Jinyoung and I start to wish, it becomes true,” the 20-year-old budding actor told Maeil Business Newspaper. “The day the third episode aired, I had dinner with Jinyoung, and we said to one another that it seemed like there would be a rapid change in a positive way.”

Viewership ratings of the third episode almost doubled that of the second episode, as it saw a 7.5 percent rise from the previous 8.5 percent, according to Nielsen Korea.

In the interview, Kwak fingered 2012 soap opera “My Husband Got a Family” as his “stepping-stone” in his acting career. He appreciated the cast and show staff’s hospitality for him when he was still new to everything.
