Seohyun demonstrated the makeup from her “Don’t Say No” photoshoot in a live broadcast via Naver’s V app on Wednesday.

She appeared in front of the camera only with her base makeup done. “Yes it’s my bare face -- not a hundred percent to be frank, but about 85 percent,” said Seohyun.

Among a number of different looks she showed in her photos, she chose to demonstrate the look from the photo in which she is lying on the sofa wearing a pair of large glasses.

“Of course I didn’t do the makeup myself for “Don’t Say No” -- the makeup artists did it, who can do it way better than I do. So I will do the cover makeup of myself today,” said the 25-year-old singer.

Seohyun started the makeup with the eyebrows. She said they should have accents on the high point of eyebrows for the classical impression. Since she naturally has thick eyebrows, she tried to keep them natural and not too strong.

Next up was eye makeup. She applied several layers of eyeshades saying that it is important to use different shades instead of applying one strong shade at once, to make a more natural look.

She applied the base color shade on the eyeball and darker shades with shimmers on the eyelids. While she highlighted the inner corners of the under eyes, she filled the outer corner with dark brown shades to make her eyes look bigger.

She paid much attention on attaching fake eyelashes saying that it is an important process since how you apply your eyelashes will change the whole eye shape.

Instead of using fake lashes on bottom of her eye, she applied several layers of mascara and fine-tuned the lashes using burnt toothpicks.

She said she gets flushed very easily so it becomes a natural blusher. To make a perfect cover of the original makeup, she applied liquid blusher using a sponge not to make it too strong.

She then moved on to what she called the most important part: the lips. She proved her statement when she applied foundation over her lips to better apply the colors -- the skin-toned lips made her look pale and sick.

After using a beige colored lip crayon for the base, she used a dried rose colored lip liner and filled the colors in. Then she applied red lipstick using a small brush to give gradient shade on inner lips.
