With the song “Rain” by K-pop group Sistar’s Soyou and boy band EXO’s Baekhyun topping multiple music charts since its release Monday, other harmonious collaborations are making a splash across K-pop.

Among them is the collaborative single “Let Me Love You,” due to be released Thursday by South Korean singer Junggigo and Chanyeol of boy band EXO. Despite their different styles and ages, the two artists’ close friendship played a key role in their joint production, according to insiders.

The teamwork of singers Park Won and Suzy for an upcoming song is also gathering interest, with the two working closely together from vocal recording to the making of the music video.

Singers Krystal and Kim Joon-won also collaborated to produce the song “I Don’t Wanna Love You,” which was released Wednesday.
