Yoo Ah-in will undergo a medical examination for the fourth time for his compulsory military enlistment.

According to Yoo’s agency, UAA Entertainment, the Military Manpower Administration notified him that the examination is to be held Wednesday. The 30-year-old actor had previously been deemed to be “unfit” and he is undergoing the examination again because he is determined to serve his military service.

It was revealed in February that Yoo had been diagnosed with a bone tumor, following rumors that he was trying to avoid joining the military.

He is currently filming the upcoming tvN drama “Chicago Typewriter.”
