Project boy band YDPP got more than 10 million “hearts” in the group’s very first V app broadcast Thursday.

The group consists of four contenders of the second season of Mnet’s idol survival audition show “Produce 101”: Lim Young-min and Kim Dong-hyun of MXM, Jeong Se-woon and Lee Kwang-hyun.

The name of the group YDPP stands for “Youth (Lim), Dream (Kim), Passion (Jeong), Purity (Lee).”

“Many fans wanted see us four being together so thanks to such support (we formed a group),” Lim explained the reason why they came to form a project group.

At each million hearts, the four rewarded fans’ support by giving winks, saying sweet words, displaying aegyo (cuteness) or hinting at their upcoming track.

The group will release an album in April.

Naver’s real-time broadcasting app V allows fans to interact with their favorite K-pop stars through live broadcasts. The app is available for Android and iOS. For more information, visit http://www.vlive.tv.
