Back in January 2017, J-Hope promised that he would show his abs once BTS’ V Live channel gained 10 million subscribers. Little did he know that day would come so soon.

“This is why you have to be careful about what you say,” said J-Hope, quite unsure if his abs are ready for the world to see.

“J-Hope has been working out very hard,” RM told fans.

“But whatever happens, just know that J-Hope tried his best,” said Jimin, who has seen J-Hope shirtless countless times as his roommate.

“He will flash his abs on stage,” said Jungkook excitedly on J-Hope’s behalf, which was met by J-Hope’s disheartened face.

Is shirtless J-Hope going to happen?

All we know is that J-Hope is a man of his word, and millions of BTS fans are counting on him to keep true to his word.
