Jungkook discussed his renewed idea of happiness during his solo live broadcast Wednesday morning.

“There’s been a lot going on lately,” he said, referring to his recent foot injury that forced him to remain seated during the band’s show in London.

“I had to sit and focus on singing, which got me thinking more deeply about how to sing on stage,” he said. “It inspired me to come up with different ways of singing and challenge myself, which I thought was a very positive change for me.”

He didn’t forget to tell fans that they “shouldn’t be worrying for (him).”

“I could focus on my role as a vocalist, so there was something positive, not necessarily great, about the whole thing,” he said.

The youngest of BTS said the experience made him realize “how there’s so much more to learn” and that it made him “more mature.”

Jungkook’s lesson? There’s something to learn from every hardship.
