[V Report Plus] EXO makes record, amasses 2 billion ‘likes’ on V Live

EXO returned as full-member team for the first time since “For Life” in 2016, and the reception could not be more enthusiastic.

The band’s fifth full album “Don’t Mess Up My Tempo” was unveiled Friday on major streaming platforms including Melon, Genie, iTunes, Apple Music and Spotify.

While topping music charts may a matter of course for the band, EXO achieved an incredible feat on V Live, South Korean portal Naver’s video streaming platform, by earning over 2 billion likes in only a day.

The live broadcast of EXO’s performance showcasing the new songs has been liked about 2.02 billion and commented 2.2 million cases as of Monday morning.
