[V Report Plus] Astro counts down the minutes to album release
The six-piece boy band Astro turned on V Live on Tuesday to announce the release of a new album. The livestream started on a lighthearted note as the bandmates pretended to have just received a call from somewhere.

Then he celebrated the good news with his bandmates, and the singers announced they were going to unbox the new album before sharing a sneak peek full of nature- and plant-themed album photos.
At midnight, the bandmates shouted together, “D-Day for our new album!”

A fan commented that the singers’ hairdos look like Beetles, a popular Korean snack. Sanha replied, “I’m blueberry, Moon Bin is strawberry, JinJin is orange, and MJ is ... a rotten lemon?”
In response to a question about their favorite songs, they mentioned songs from the new album. “1 in a Million is my favorite,” said Moon Bin, adding that he felt as if he were under a waterfall.
Cha Eun-woo picked two songs: “Love Wheel” and “Bloom.”
They wrapped up the livestream with over 100,000 views and 20 million hearts. Astro’s first full album, “All Light,” is slated for release Jan. 16. at 6 p.m. via online music platforms.
