The leader of the boy band started the tenth episode of his live show with an apology. “Today’s practice ended a little bit late. I’m sorry to keep you waiting,” he said adding “I have to make it short this time but I promise to make up for this next time.”

“I was in such good mood and was singing this song with Changbin and didn’t even notice that Hyunjin was taking a video of us,” said Chan sharing his recent favorite with his fans. “All the members went wow! The drop is just crazy and I really need to hear this again,” he raved about “Face My Fears,” by Utada Hikaru and Skrillex from the soundtrack of game Kingdom Hearts.

The singer tried and pacified fans who may be disappointed for the shortened show vowing to make up and hinting that there will be more for them afterwards before turning up the volume for another recommendation, Post Malone and Swae Lee’s “Sunflower,” from Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse.

After an interview with a local media that included a photo shoot and a short touchy-feely guessing game wearing a cute pink blindfold, the singer headed to the meeting full of energy and mischief. Beloved not just for dreamy voice but also as a do-gooder, Nam showed his playful side miming and flossing before turning serious for rehearsing songs. But all the staff burst into laughter as he tested the microphone with a funny take at an impossibly high-pitched opera.

He had another fan meet last week in Tokyo and will visit Australia later this month performing in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

After saying hi to the fans on the airplane, Jisoo turned the camera back on showing herself quietly wolfing down a cup noodle. Adding kimchi from time to time, she confessed that she is the biggest fan of instant noodle from the band and it is the secret to readying her voice before taking the stage. “Ramen and kimchi combo is the strongest boost for my energy,” said Jisoo. Jennie, on the other hand, was flexing her muscles before asking Lisa to come over and practice the dance moves together.

All the four members seemed to be on their nerves backstage but when they took the stage surrounded by screaming fans, charisma and charm took over.

Blackpink then flew to Hong Kong where Rose brought along the camera on a selfie stick all the through the lift to the rehearsal of the performance.
