All clad in body-conscious black, the nine band members showed a fiercely beautiful and sophisticated side, signaling an about-face from their original cute and pretty image.

A catchy fresh beat of mellow mood pop dominates the dance number, and the last part of the short trailer gives a sneak peek of the girl group sporting colorful retro fashion.

The EP, slated for release April 22, will have six tracks including “Fancy.” Jihyo, Momo, Sana and Chaeyoung co-wrote some of the lyrics.

The group is also getting ready for a global tour that starts in Seoul in May. They will then travel to concert venues in Bangkok, Manila, Singapore, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Newark, Chicago and Kuala Lumpur.

Apink’s Jung Eun-ji went live on the eighth anniversary of the group’s debut to celebrate with her fans.

“Yes, today Apink turns eight!” said the lead vocalist, mock-threatening her fans not to go live again if they continued posting sad-faced emojis. “It hurts! This also is a happy day for me, too!”

Feigning a pout, the singer-actress mellowed down a bit as messages poured in from the fans.

Apink has been thanking its fans by dedicating a song to them each year. Of the seven dedicated numbers, Jung began to sing the sixth, “Always,” at the fans’ request.

Carrying on the tradition of creating fan songs, the girl group will release “Everybody Ready?” -- a song co-written by Jung describing backstage nervous flutters and the sensation of becoming one with fans when singing on stage.

The group will hold a fan meetup in Seoul on April 20.

WJSN tries ASMR with candies

WJSN’s Luda and Dawon had a go at ASMR with noise-making candies and jellies on Naver’s V Live.

Despite messages saying the episode was “doomed from the beginning” and “it’s not too late to start over,” the two went on trying “trending” UFO candies and globe jellies.

Dawon went first with the UFO-shaped candy and the two singers could not suppress their giggles when she failed to make any sound. “This is so sour!” she said, nudging Luda to offer her a candy.

“When I first had it in my mouth I wondered why anyone would make anything like this. But biting into it and tasting what’s inside, it was worth a try,” said Luda, forgetting about the aftertaste and the shudders it caused.

They moved on to tackle the blue jellies, which looked like miniature globes. “This is so hot in ASMR videos,” said Dawon as the two enjoyed the squishy feel of the sweets. When Dawon took a bite, however, she couldn’t speak for a second. “This is so sour. … I’m not good with sour food,” she confessed.

GOT7’s Jus2 get ready to face Osaka fans

GOT7’s JB and Yugyeom were spotted in front of their waiting room before going onstage in Osaka.

The two, touring as the subunit Jus2, can be seen stretching before taking the stage. Glancing at the camera, JB stops and tells viewers: “You’re bored seeing us do our routine stretching, right? I won’t do stretching anymore. What will I do? I will get some rice. Eating is stretching, too, for our stomachs.”

He then picks up a tray, searching in vain for food. As if feeling guilty, the main singer of the boy band protests that he does not need to relax his muscles. “I really don’t have to. I’ve been up since 11 and am not stiff at all,” said JB while Yugyeom diligently worked on each and every part of his lean body.

JB did a lip trill instead, blowing air out from his lips as a warm-up. Then, when Yugyeom finished working out, the duo wished themselves good luck with their last performance in Japan.
