While V, who has been given the job of director, prepared for his own scene, the rest of the members filled in. Jungkook had no time to spare as he was in charge of the slate and had to be on stand-by for every take all day.

“I feel so bad for Jungkook,” said J-Hope and RM thanked the group’s youngest member, who stealthily wrote “tired” on the corner of the slate. Later the bandmates wrote “Thank you, Jungkook” in the same spot.

“How did I do? Not bad?” asked Suga after a scene where he stands in front of a long mirror to check out a leather jacket. The camera director advised Suga not to make eye contact with the cameras. “Am I not supposed to? It is good as a singer to look into the camera,” said the artist, admitting that he instinctively does it when the light on the camera comes on.

Jimin asked Suga to have another go for a close-up stirring up a protest from Suga.

“We are not making a work of art here. Let it pass!” he said, to which Jimin replied suppressing a smile: “Go home then!”

After taping the final scene the boys were relieved that they could at least show the proper ending to their fans.

“We might lack quality but it has been so human,” said Suga.

“I wanted to surprise you with this hair color much later, but since I am MCeeing for The Show every week, I had to show you,” he said asking fans if they like it.

The performer was surprised when fans asked if his arm had healed.

“How did you know?” he marveled. “We performed onstage in Andong, (North Gyeongsang Province) and since it rained that day many of us slipped on the stage. But it was not because of the rain. I was doing this choreography for ‘My First and Last’ and my arm bumped into a bandmate’s foot,” Xeno explained showing his left arm to assure that he is fine.

“A lot of fans have been asking when we will be back but I am very sorry that I cannot give away any details yet. We are preparing in a number of ways though and I ask you to wait a little bit longer,” he said apologetically.

“This is the first time I am livestreaming on my own and I am so nervous,” she said waving in front of a Pooh the Bear-themed ice cream cake.

“I am so happy. This is my first birthday since I debuted as IZ*ONE so I feel amazing,” said the performer helping herself to a spoonful of ice cream.

“You look so pretty!” cheered her bandmates staying out of view to let the birthday girl enjoy the spotlight. “Come join me (in front of the camera),” said Nako but they stayed out of sight and asked her to sing for her fans and Nako indulged by singing parts from “1000%,” “Violetta” and “La Vie en Rose.”

It was only then the 11 girls burst in to gather around Nako to sing a Happy Birthday song and everyone took turns saying congratulatory messages and giving her a hug.

“Thanks to you we have come in first place again!” said Eunseo, adding “This will be another week we wouldn’t want to see go by.”

“It was our first time to top the weekly (music program) but it is another first for us to top it two weeks in a row. We didn’t even imagine possible,” said Dayoung.

“I actually suggested that we peck on the cheek of each other when we come in the first place ever again. So when I heard the band’s name called, I went oomph, relieved that the idea was not taken seriously,” said Soobin.

The members let Luda who did not get to have a chance to speak on television after winning the trophy talk to her fans via V Live instead. They also sent their love to three members who are in China.
