“We didn’t expect this day to come so fast,” said Jang Wonyoung, picking up a photograph from the day the band came out with debut song “La Vie en Rose.”

The girls went through more framed pictures from the past year, remembering how stiff they looked when they were supposed to look at each other and smile and making fun of themselves for having cried when they reached the top spot on a music chart program.

“Looking at these pictures shows how many memories we have built up with Wiz*One,” their official fandom community, said Kwon Eunbi.

They had a series of short one-on-one talks to speak their minds and Kang Hyewon told Kim Minju that it was OK for Kim to wear Kang’s clothes.

“You always ask me after putting my clothes on, but I have worn yours without you knowing from time to time,” she confessed, “and I like how pretty you look in mine.”

Miyawaki Sakura chose Honda Hitomi, admitting they had not been particularly close during the audition phase before the band was formed.

“After we joined the group, however, I have witnessed how hardworking she is and I have become fond of her like a sister,” she said.

NCT’s Jeno comforted by Doyoung

Jeno of NCT took to V Live after one of his weekly TV appearances.

“It was an awkward combination,” he chuckled when fans asked if he had seen Doyoung and Renjun livestream together several days earlier. Although he had not watched it live, he had known they were going to do it.

“Come to think of it, they did not have a chance to do something together so far,” said the NCT Dream member. Although they all belong to NCT, they are part of different subunits: Doyoung is part of NCT 127 while Jeno and Renjun are members of NCT Dream.

Fans asked him if there were any of the 18 NCT band members he was still unfamiliar with, and Jeno pondered for a moment before answering. Probably not, he decided, since he had been around NCT 127 throughout his trainee days. He was closer to Doyoung, Mark and Jaehyun, though, he told fans.

Then the idol realized that he had missed a call from Doyoung. When he returned the call, he told Doyoung not to monitor his emceeing that day. Doyoung rightly guessed that his younger bandmate had made some mistakes, and offered comforting words before saying goodbye.

Monsta X hosts livestream right after album release

Monsta X talked to fans two hours after dropping a new EP: “Follow: Find You.”

They came out with the album after eight months of touring and promoting their music overseas.

“It has been a long time and I am nervous. But we have put a lot into this so I hope many of you like it,” said Kihyun.

“The teaser clip offered a sneak peek of the choreography from the lead track and just looking at it for several seconds made some fans pant,” said I.M, confirming that the new song really is a challenge.

The album’s title reflects a change of attitude as well, Jooheon said.

“We have been singing about offering you solace from afar but this time, we are telling (you) that we will find you and be next to you,” he quipped.

Leader Shownu then handed out the CDs to the bandmates so they could show fans all four versions, each filled with photographs of them in different settings.

Kpop Herald shares BTS concert repertoire

Kpop Herald listed all the songs from the BTS concert tour grand finale Tuesday.

It started with “Dionysus,” described as the perfect party anthem to kick off the concert, one that drove the audience wild with old-school hip-hop sounds -- and of course, the band’s signature explosive performance.

In addition to megahits “Boy With Luv,” “Idol,” “Dope,” “Fake Love” and “Mic Drop,” the set list also included solo tracks as well. J-Hope’s “Trivia: Just Dance” is filled with the main dancer’s positive energy, while in “Euphoria” Jungkook serenades fans while flying on a zip wire. Jimin fully demonstrates his ballet training in “Serendipity,” V shows his mature side in “Singularity” and Jin gets serious in the emotional rock ballad “Epiphany.”
