“I know it is late but think of this as the last segment of going home (after presenting) on V Live,” he said thanking fans for supporting him throughout his weekly appearances on a music chart program, for which last Tuesday was his last.

“I didn’t get to mention enough about you Seasonies, and it was gnawing at me and thought I really should do the weekly solo segment, but something came up,” he explained to his fans apologetically.

Two days have already passed so it is harder for him to find words, said the idol when Renjun gave him a call.

“Why are you livestreaming at the same time as I doing my radio show?” his bandmate complained. He worried how their fans would be torn between the two but Jeno coolly replied that they can turn on a computer or another device.

“I did not even realize that I have been hosting the show for 1 1/2 years! It was my first long-term regular job ... and I learned a lot,” he said. The performer also thanked co-host Yeeun of CLC for being kind to him confiding that it took them quite a while to get close as they both are shy.

“Isn’t it great to meet again?” he said happily, adding that he is so glad to finally do such segment properly.

“I will stay more than the three minutes I promised,” the idol said, admitting that he was not sure what to do last time, his first try on livestreaming his own.

He mentioned that he has called Jeno and through speakerphone asked fans to tune into his radio show. And so many of you actually did, and everyone including I was really surprised, Renjun said. I am good at self-promotion, he said before asking his manager to show some reaction so that he would not be so self-conscious.

“I have been practicing for the concert that will be held in Thailand,” the performer answered some fans’ questions what he has been doing after the band’s first-ever standalone concert. The six-piece subunit of NCT will kick off another standalone concert in Bangkok on Sunday.

Tomorrow X Together answers fans questions

Taehyun and Beomgyu of Tomorrow X Together invited fans to ask them anything on V Live.

“Guess who the guest of the day is,” Taehyun said, showing the bandmate covering himself with a blanket before quickly appearing to say hi.

The band has just released music video for “Angel or Devil,” which sings about whether you should take it slow to approach your object of affection or be bold. Fans asked the pair which kind they are and Beomgyu said he would be close to the angel, in reference to the song. Taehyun admitted that he just cannot stand waiting and he is a straightforward kind of a guy.

Fans also asked about their recent trip to Vietnam where they participated in 2019 Asia Artist Awards, and brought home the rookie award. The bandmates tried pho there, except for Beomgyu who chose to sleep instead. And it was a coincidence that everyone, except Beomgyu, chose to wear black when they appeared at the airport.

“I recently bought this camel coat and really wanted to show it to you. But when I looked at the picture later, I was the only one with a different concept,” Beomgyu confided.

“We have wrapped up our European tour and after a brief stay in Korea, came here for our last concerts in 2019,” explained JB walking around a building rooftop with a camera.

At the time, the band was yet to release its EP “Call My Name.”

“We did our best working on it whenever we can find time between concerts,” the leader said, asking fans for support.

“Especially since the album includes a song I wrote, ‘Thursday,’” he chuckled adding that he has tried to experiment more.

“It is great to be back here after such a while,” Jinyoung said, bringing the camera outside onto a deck lest he should bother Jackson who was in the middle of a photo shoot. He shared the view of the ocean, explaining that he loves the sight of the sea.

He also talked about the EP expressing satisfaction about the fact that it shows new sides of the band that have not been shown over the past six years.
