Haechan of NCT took to V Live with a dramatic opening, taking a break from practice.

“I am doing a solo segment for the first time in a long while, and you will be surprised when you hear the announcement I have to make,” he said.

After a short drum roll to heighten the anticipation, he told viewers he’d actually tuned in because he was bored.

For background music, he turned on NCT 127’s “Knock On,” adding that he used to listen to it last year when he had to take time off due to an injury.

The musician indulged fans’ request to show them his phone case, which bore his nickname, “Full Sun,” in red letters.

“It shows clouds melting down and there also was another bear in blue,” he told fans, holding it close to the camera to show them the illustrations: clouds, lightning, a heart and three bears in white, black and yellow. But the blue bear at the end had worn off, he explained, saying he would ask for a touch-up soon.

iKON returns to ‘Idol Radio’ after 500 days away

The six bandmates of iKON appeared on “Idol Radio” with co-hosts Kim Donghyuk and Kim Jinhwan.

“I am not sure if everyone remembers but we were the first guests (of this program),” said Kim Jinhwan, adding that they were back after almost 500 days away.

As a reminder, they played an audio clip of Koo Junhoe reading a poem he had written. Koo was surprised at how sad the poem sounded, saying he must have changed over time as he now wanted his work to have an uplifting message. He pulled out his phone and read one of his more recent poems, and teased Kim Jinhwan that he did not seem to be listening at all as he was too nervous about being a DJ for the day.

The bandmates then celebrated the news that they were back with a new album after a year. They agreed that putting out new music after such a long time made them slightly anxious, but was exciting at the same time.

“It feels really good to see everyone every day,” said Bobby.

Seventeen’s Dino celebrates birthday

Dino of Seventeen went live on his birthday, thanking everyone.

“As you saw yesterday, I spent time with the bandmates,” he said. “They showered me with congratulatory messages and presents,” said the birthday boy, confiding that he hadn’t expected it since he knew they were all busy. But they even went out and bought some flowers, he said, and he almost cried as he said that was especially touching.

“I actually told them I felt like crying and they asked me why I wasn’t,” said the performer with a smirk.

All 13 of them had eaten together and agreed that it felt good being all together. Getting to spend his birthday with every one of his bandmates reminded him of how lucky he was, said the band’s youngest member with a sigh of contentment.

Twice’s Tzuyu looks pretty before going onstage

Tzuyu of Twice went live from the waiting room before a concert in Japan.

After a short failed attempt, she came back on V Live in full makeup, hair in an updo complete with bangs.

“I could have turned this on after the concert but I thought my bangs couldn’t be maintained afterward,” explained the idol, admitting that she was showing it off for fans and saying her bandmates had complimented her on her hair as well.

We look our best now, agreed Jeongyeon and Nayeon outside the camera frame after briefly joining her to say a quick hello to viewers.

“Please go ahead and capture the image as much as you can while I pretend to be pretty,” asked Tzuyu with a smile, striking a cute pose before dropping her head and confessing that she didn’t know what else to say.

The performer then had to sign some autographs and she briefly showed fans what she had to sign -- a stack of bright pink goods that said “Twice Lights in Japan” -- before being told that she was not supposed to.
