Dahyun of Twice chatted with fans back at her hotel room after a concert in Japan.

“I thought about going live while having dinner but I got into a deep conversation with our staffers,” she said with a chuckle.

“My eyes are dazzling as I have been onstage,” said the idol, pointing out her pink eye makeup and adding that it had been orange the day before.

Mentioning that Valentine’s Day was coming up and she was planning to celebrate with her favorite sweets -- chocolate -- she hinted that the bandmates were preparing something for the holiday, possibly a video.

Dahyun then turned off the application and came back on to get a better connection. She showed off her black hoodie -- which bore the name of the group’s international tour, “Twicelights” -- as well as her red and black checkered pants, saying she’d designed the pants herself.

“Thank you so much for being so enthusiastic at today’s concert, Once,” she said, addressing the band’s official fandom community. “I hope we will have more happy times at our upcoming live shows in March.”

NCT Dream’s Renjun discusses content creation plans

Renjun of NCT Dream took to V Live on his way home after hosting a radio program.

Switching between Korean and Chinese, he told viewers that he had been thinking of creating a YouTube channel or making his own content, such as cover videos, as he’d planned and promised to do last year.

He bounced some ideas off his fans, asked for their ideas, and talked about cooking.

“I don’t know if we’re that good but Jaemin and I are the ones who are better at cooking,” said the performer. He will do some covers of other artists’ songs sometime soon, he said, and was delighted with a suggestion that he talk about space with Jisung. Another idea that instantly caught his eye was a meokbang with bandmates Jeno, Haechan and Jaemin, who are all his age.

“It would also be great if we could shoot our own version of ‘NCT Life,’ right?” said Renjun, referring to the NCT 127 reality program.

Ateez’s San recommends classics for rainy days

San of Ateez went live, talking about the band’s first concert in South Korea.

“I was very moved, especially since it was the first time we had a live concert, a standalone at that, here in Korea. I was so glad to show you what we have strived for in that way, and to be able to be close to you,” he said. He’d fought back tears when fans sang for them in unison, he added. They still are practicing a lot and he assured fans who could not come to the concert that there would be more chances.

His hair had gotten a little long and he’d thought about keeping his cap on but decided to take it off as he wanted to show more of his face. The idol acknowledged that he was completely bare-faced, having showered before coming to the company for an English lesson, sharing some pronunciation tips.

On rainy days, he listens to piano music, he said. He is a big fan of classical music and used to compose songs before he joined the band. But the musician realized he needed to improve his singing and dancing and has been focusing on those things instead.

Stray Kids talk food during US tour

Seungmin and Felix of Stray Kids checked in with fans after a round of interviews during their US tour.

The pair ate a platter of fruit as they talked, recalling their failed attempt at making fruit smoothies in an earlier duo segment. At a fan’s request, they named their favorite fruits: Seungmin liked peaches, strawberries, oranges, grapes and pineapples. Felix said he liked strawberries, but only the sweet ones, as well as melons.

They relished forkfuls of fruits and assured fans that they weren’t missing Korean food since they’d just had some for dinner. The eight bandmates were split into two groups, with one getting conventional Korean dishes and the other getting snacks such as tteokboki.

“This is the first time we are staying in America for this long,” said Seungmin, as Felix admitted that he was craving kimchi jjigae after over two weeks there. What he misses most, however, is chicken gizzards, he said, and Seungmin told viewers that Felix from Australia had fallen for the local delicacy.
