Seonghwa and San of Ateez took to V Live while waiting for their snack.

They’d ordered something special but had turned V Live on early because they couldn’t wait to see their fans, they said.

As they read through the live feed of messages, San showed mock outrage when a fan asked him to dye his hair purple.

“Do you know how many times I have to bleach my hair to turn it purple?” he asked. Then he apologized right away, promising to try every color there is as long as his hair gets healthy again.

Their faces lit up when Hongjoong appeared with bags of food. But the band leader said he wasn’t going to eat, even though the other two invited him to join them at the table, insisting that he wasn’t that hungry.

Jongho dropped in and Hongjoong told him to take a seat, excusing himself, and the youngest picked up a pair of chopsticks and asked for a bite even though he’d just had his share.

Monsta X's Kihyun discusses upcoming music

Kihyun of Monsta X was torn about offering spoilers for “Fatal Love,” the band’s third full-length album, which is due out on Nov. 2.

He admitted that he was dying to perform at a concert but firmly turned down a fan’s request to sing a line from the new song and pretend it was a mistake.

“What can I give out as a spoiler?” he murmured, apparently at a loss on how to satisfy viewers’ curiosity. He hesitated for a second before chuckling and saying he couldn’t drop any hints yet.

The idol was not willing to show off any new dance moves, but said they were not as demanding as the dancing for “Fantasia,” the title track from the previous EP, “Fantasia X.”

“Not that it means we’ll do a meek song,” he added. If he had to compare it to either “Dramarama” or “Shoot Out,” he would have to say that it is closer to the former, Kihyun said with a smile.

Highlight's Yoon Doo-joon talks movies, TV show

Yoon Doo-joon of Highlight again discussed movies with the fans, staying online for 2 1/2 hours.

He decided to focus on “Life of Pi,” saying he also wanted to talk about “Coco” but knew it would take too long. He watched the animation for the third or fourth time, he said, but that didn’t mean he wouldn’t tear up.

“It reminded me of my late grandmother, and I could sympathize,” he went on, admitting that he’d sobbed.

He had a day off the day before and watched "Life of Pi," looked up background information on the internet so he could chat about the movie on V Live. He had fun researching it, he said.

Before delving into the movie, however, the performer pacified curious fans by telling them he’d had a lot of fun shooting a reality program for Discovery Channel Korea.

“You will be able to experience vicarious pleasure watching it as the program is all about the wishes we may have as human beings,” he said.

Stray Kids' Seungmin processes bandmates' answers

(Naver's V Live)

Seungmin of Stray Kids asked his bandmates a series of questions to find out which one he’d get along with best.

First he wanted to know how long they were willing to wait in line for food. Hyunjin and Han both admitted that they hated waiting, especially to eat, and Seungmin eliminated Hyunjin as a candidate. He disagreed with both, he said, but really did not like the way Hyunjin put it.

In the third round, Bang Chan told him that Seungmin’s first cover for the band’s original content series was really cool. Han said he admired how Seungmin pushes himself and is never satisfied, taking lessons no matter how late the practice ends. Seungmin thanked both for their answers and said he was too happy to choose one, so he asked them to decide by playing rock-paper-scissors.

I.N and Changbin were the last two remaining. Seungmin chose Changbin because he preferred his answer to a question about his favorite dish from the company cafeteria.

“It was just by sheer chance,” Seungmin said, though, when he saw Changbin waiting in the other room as the winner.
